When you purchase an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before committing to purchase it; and (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to purchase it and complete the check or card payment process.

Item return and refund policy
In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, our consumer clients have a period of seven (7) clear days from the receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, except for return shipping costs.
The Products subject to a withdrawal must be returned in their original packaging and packaging to the address provided.

The costs and risks related to reshipment are the responsibility of the Buyer. Therefore, it is up to him to keep all the evidence of this return. www.ballerspride.com therefore advises the Buyer to return the items by registered tracked mail or La Poste or by any other means allowing proof of reshipment. These shipping documents must include the following information: recipient address, shipping date and package number.

Warranties and liability for the items
